Homeowners · Troubleshooting & repairs
Residential solar & storage support
Production looks low, an error code popped up, the app went quiet, or your battery

Most homeowners are scheduled within two weeks. Urgent outages are prioritized.
Businesses · O&M & maintenance plans
Commercial support & O&M services
Operations & maintenance, inverter swaps, monitoring oversight, and structured plans for
businesses, farms, municipalities, and multi-site portfolios — one local point of contact.
Ideal for multi-site portfolios, critical infrastructure, and long-term reliability.
Roof work · Detach & reset
Remove & reinstall (R&R)
Getting a new roof or doing structural repairs? We safely detach your array, store it,
then reinstall and recommission once the work is done — coordinated with your roofer.
A routine job for us — we handle the panels so your roofer can handle the roof.
Scheduled · Preventative check-ups
Solar & battery tune-ups
A periodic check-up catches small problems before they turn into repair calls — and
confirms your system is producing what it should, with recommendations in plain English.
Best for systems past a few years old, or any time production seems off.
Always-on · Performance monitoring
SunAlert monitoring
Most issues aren’t visible until they’ve already cost weeks of production. SunAlert watches
your system continuously and routes problems straight to our service team.
No subcontractors. No national call centers. The person who answers can usually pull up your system.
Full-system expertise
Solar, storage, and electrical — all in one team. We’re not handing your problem to someone else.
We service systems we didn’t install
Your installer disappeared or went out of business? Doesn’t matter. We pick up the file.
Clear diagnostics, plain answers
We tell you what’s actually wrong, what we’d recommend, and what each option will cost. No upsells.

Common questions
Do you service systems that weren’t installed by Valley Solar?
Yes. About a quarter of our service calls are for systems originally installed by other companies — including installers that have gone out of business or stopped servicing equipment they sold. Just tell us the brand of inverter and panels and we’ll let you know if we can help.
How quickly can you come out?
Most homeowners get scheduled within two weeks. Urgent issues (no production, battery failure during an outage) are prioritized when we can.
What does a service call cost?
We’ll always quote diagnostics and any recommended repairs in writing before any work happens. No surprises.
Can you remove and reinstall my panels for a new roof?
Yes — that’s a routine job for us. We coordinate with your roofer, safely remove and store the system, and reinstall and recommission it once the roof is done. More about remove & reinstall.
What is SunAlert?
SunAlert is our in-house performance monitoring service. It watches your system continuously, flags drops in production, and routes issues straight to our service team — so problems get caught early instead of months later.
Need help with your solar or battery system?
Tell us what’s happening — what you’re seeing, what the app says, what changed.
Our team will review and recommend the right next step.
